Crockpot Chicken Tacos

This is the absolute BEST recipe! You have to try it...it was so yummy and SUPER easy!

Crockpot Chicken Tacos
4-5 chicken breasts
1 package taco seasoning mix
2 cans rotel
Place chicken breasts (raw) on the bottom of your crockpot. Cover with taco seasoning. Pour one can of rotel on chicken (undrained) then drain the other can of rotel and pour it on top. Cover. Cook for 8 hours on low. Serve in tortillas, topped with shredded lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and sour cream.
***I only used 3 chicken breasts and I think I cooked mine a little too long, but they were still DELICIOUS!

I really wish I could try out this recipe! Unfortunately, we don't have a crockpot (or oven) in our kitchen here. We do miss Mexican food, though and are always looking for easy, inexpensive stovetop dishes. Thanks for all of your great comments, too. Your boys are so precious and I bet #3 will be just as cute!
